Well it would appear that things are back to normal. Well as normal as it can be with me!

I have some interesting news regarding SPRINT PCS to tell you all about.

My semi new Samsung N400 (the color vision thingy) phone had been acting up, it would lock up and generally cause little problems. In fact I would sometimes have to remove the battery to restart it. Well, to make a long story short (too late) I have called Sprint many times to get help on it and they politely told me they were known issues were working on fixes.

I called again today and they had me call another number, and my phone downloaded all the new towers in the area, I also took it to the local PCS store and after about 30 minutes they upgraded the software on the phone.

So if you have one of the new Vision phones from Sprint PCS, you may want to call them and see if you can do the same.
